We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.

5. Subscription and Payment

5.2 Payment Terms

For paid plans:

• Payment is due in advance according to the billing cycle of your chosen plan
• You authorize us to charge your designated payment method
• Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AR-GO LAB OY, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

12.2 Total Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO SUCH CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AR-Go lab Oy, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from or relate to:

• Your User Content
• Your use or misuse of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable laws

14. Term and Termination

These Terms begin when you first use the Services and continue until terminated as described herein.

14.2 Termination by You

You may terminate these Terms at any time by:
